In order to fill out the Digital Opportunity Network℠ application, you'll need the following:
- Contact information and organization details
- Mission statement
- Information about the project/s for which you need devices
- Digital copy of your organization's IRS 501c3 Nonprofit Determination Letter (except for public schools or govt. agencies)
